Hi,
my name is
Patrycja Jakubek-Olszewska
and I use biochemical and molecular approaches to investigate how natural compounds influence redox homeostasis, autophagy, and mitochondrial function.
Currently, I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology PAS, where my work focuses on identifying and characterizing the therapeutic potential of dietary bioactives in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD).
My work involves critical evaluation of scientific literature, data interpretation, and the development of clear, structured, and evidence-based scientific content. I am particularly interested in translating complex biomedical concepts into accessible and well-organized information tailored to diverse audiences.
